fantastic stay with stellar service!
extensive buffet convenient shuttle quick help
The breakfast buffet was extensive with many options. I loved it. the front desk staff were always ready to assist, providing quick help with directions.
the hallway carpets showed a little wear.

fresh products central location terrible wifi repeated attempts
the breakfast had fresh products, and juices were made on the spot. the location was near the city center, i walked everywhere.
the wifi connection lagged terribly. the room door required repeated attempts to open it.

wide selection attentive staff central air conditioning poor soundproofing
The breakfast was really good. It offered a WIDE selection of items. The staff was attentive, and I particularly appreciated their help with directions to local attractions. I found them to be very knowledgeable.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. The single temperature applied to the entire hotel! I also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

Great Hotel Experience
convenient location dental appointment helpful receptionist
The location made it easy to explore the area. Matteo at the front desk helped my husband quickly get a dental appointment. The front desk arranged a shuttle during the taxi strike, I really appreciated that service. Tomasso escorted us to our upgraded Junior Suite, I found this detail to be so thoughtful.
The hotel always had conferences, so it felt busy. The experience did not feel like a typical experience for this city. It felt more like a budget hotel than a corporate experience.

The hotel provides underground car parking. I noticed there was no elevator from the parking area to the reception. This meant I had to carry my luggage up the same route used by cars.

The room included a safe, a TV, a fridge, and a kettle. I found these amenities useful. The decor was nice, and I had plenty of space for luggage and personal items. The room was very quiet, helping me get good sleep.
